The Hotel is situated in the beautiful place of Vologda region near Ferapontovo village in National park "Russian North" 115 km away from Vologda city. The Hotel as well as Ferapontovo village is located on the coast of Borodaevskoye lake which is 8 km long. There is a monastery in Ferapontovo village. This monastery was founded by monk Ferapont in 1398. The fresco paintings were created by Dionisiy in 1403 and now are placed under protection by UNESCO.

There are several rooms for 2-3 persons to stay at the Hotel. Each room has refrigerator, heater, and electric cattle. Also there are kitchen, shower, two toilets, and hall with fireplace, billiard table and satellite TV in the Hotel. Russian bath, boat, snowmobile and ping-pong tennis are available for guests. There is a bee yard near the Hotel (with exclusive product – sealed honey). The Hotel is located in cellular acceptance region (Megafon and MTS). There is a gasoline station near Ferapontovo village (115th km of the road Vologda-Medvezhegorsk).

Outdoor activity: swimming in the lake, boat sailing, fishing (tackles are provided), fish broth cooking on the lake’s coast, fish and meat fuming. In wintertime: skiing, riding on snowmobile, winter fishing and mounting skiing.
